Charbonneau,
I am happy to report that the power is back on in Charbonneau. I know many of you stayed at home and are enjoying the feeling of your power back on, while many others are not home as you stayed in hotels or with friends and family. I want to again extend a big thank you to all the residents and volunteers that helped each other during this crisis. This community is amazing. And another big thanks to the City of Wilsonville for their continued work and support of Charbonneau.
We have much clean up to do, but having power restored is a big step forward. For up to date City information, please visit https://www.ci.wilsonville.or.us/administration/page/winter-storm-information
Thank you and enjoy a warm night’s sleep,
Jim Meierotto | General Manager

A personal note from Charbonneaulive.com editor, Elaine Swyt. Thank you to the McLains, Cathy and John, for helping us keep our devices charged so we could deliver the news through this storm and power outage. And to Joann Linville, Wilsonville Councilor, for all she did to help launch necessary resources — food and device chargers — to help Charbonenau residents manage the challenges. There were others of course, so to all a sincere thank you for being a good neighbor to us all.
