With COVID-19 cases skyrocketing, the Board of Directors of Charbonneau Arts Association (CAA) has decided to postpone the 38th Annual Charbonneau Festival of the Arts, “Art with Flair” from November 2021 to June of 2022. All of our Festival Sponsors and all awho registered by the deadline August 31, 2021 will be grandfathered into the 2022 show.
