In order to maintain social distancing and provide you the best and safest service, member visits will only be allowed by reservation. To schedule a fitness center reservation, please call the clubhouse tomorrow morning (Friday, June 5) between 9:00 am and noon.While we are awaiting new updates regarding Phase II re-opening, below are recommended guidelines. We are hearing that Clackamas County could enter Phase II in mid-June and we will keep you updated as we learn more. If approved, one exciting item is the possibility of pools re-opening soon.When dropping off dues, please use the secure black drop box, outside the front doors of the clubhouse. This drop box is checked daily.Please remember to thoroughly sanitize high touch areas before and after use with the provided disinfectant. This request applies to all Association common areas.These last three months have been hard on us all and we are excited to start the road to recovery. Reopening the Clubhouse
We are pleased to announce that the clubhouse will open on Monday, June 8, at 8:00 am.
The clubhouse will be open to limited use by reservation only starting Monday, June 8, 2020. Call the office at 503-694-2300 to reserve a time or email Kim@charbonneaucountryclub.com
The front door will be locked unless there is a scheduled activity or meeting
Applicable maximum group size under government guidelines is 25
6 feet physical distancing is required under government guidelines.
Face coverings are suggested
Residents are asked to wipe down (sanitize) surfaces before and after their reservation. Disinfectant will be available in each room
Each room will be set up with tables that should not be moved
Fitness, aerobics, chair classes that can observe 6 feet physical distancing guideline will be scheduled. Check the CCC Calendar for more information
Card games, Mah Jongg & other games are not allowed at this time under government guidelines
Library will be open by appointment only
Please bring your own water, as fountains will not be operable. We request that no sharing of food occur in the clubhouse (i.e. buffets, pot luck, self-serve, etc.)
More than one person at a time in the restroom is discouraged, and we request surfaces touched be sanitized after use. Sanitizing wipes will be provided in clubhouse restrooms
There will be increased janitorial cleaning of clubhouse and bathrooms, but for your own protection you should sanitize all hard surfaces before and after touching them
Members at higher risk for severe COVID-19 complications (persons over age 60 or with underlying medical conditions) are encouraged to stay home to reduce their risk of exposure
If you are sick, please stay home
We cannot guarantee this facility is free of risk from COVID 19, so all current use of the clubhouse will be at your own risk. Please make mature decisions for your own protection
Reopening Fitness Center
We are pleased to announce that the fitness center will open on Monday, June 8, by reservation only
To adhere to the State of Oregon physical distancing guidelines, no more than three members should be in the facility at any given time while maintaining at least six (6) feet of physical distance from other members
You can reserve space for ½ hour or up to 1 hour per day and you can book one reservation per day. You can reserve up to three reservations per week
You can make reservations for the week of June 8 through June 14 by calling the office at 503-694-2300 on Friday, June 5, from 9am to noon
Future reservations will be taken on Fridays, from 9 am to noon, for the following week. This reservation process will continue weekly until further notice
Reservations are on a first come basis
Signing up will meet our contact tracing requirement
Membership dues must be current to make a reservation
Observe 6 feet physical distancing. Equipment has been moved to accommodate distancing
Face covering is suggested
Members are encouraged to thoroughly wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds upon entering facility. Hand sanitizer will be available for use during the gym session

Members should wipe down all equipment and other hard surfaces before and after use with disinfectant. We ask that you bring your own disinfectant wipes so that our supply doesn’t run short.

Janitorial services will clean restrooms twice daily. Use at your own risk

Edith Green Park and Tot Lot
The Off Leash Dog Area is open to off leash dog play with 6’ social distancing in accordance with government guidelines
No gatherings of more than 25 people is allowed under government guidelines
It is suggested that there is no petting of dogs other than the owners own dog
Tot Lot play structure is closed per government guidelines
Swimming Pools
There are 24 pools in Charbonneau and these need to be approved by a permit from Clackamas County for limited use. Currently limited use pools in Charbonneau are closed with possible reopening in Clackamas County Phase II. The soonest we expect to get approval is June 15. More guidance will be provided as Phase II guidelines are finalized.
